This Patient Administrator position is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract: 12 months. Ability to commute / relocate to Brighton

As a key member of the administration team you will provide administrative support to the admin department. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will be required to answer the phones as the face of the Agora and deal with patient enquiries in an empathetic manner.

The role:
- High volume of Inbound call handling
- Booking consultation & treatment appointments
- Registering new patients
- Diary management – ensure all calendars are up to date with consultation information – registration forms; medical history; test results; consent forms
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Scanning & uploading patient tests results & documentation
- Update patient database
- Check & send consultation letters; lab letters; treatment letters
- Reception
- Outbound calling
Experience & Qualifications required:
- 3 years + Customer Service and Administration.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
