I have to say this was my first experience with fertility clinic via NHS and the team was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't end up getting pregnant but sometimes those things are out of anyone's control. Thank you so much for all your efforts I felt supported all the way.

The Agora Clinic exceeded our expectations from the start.
I was under Mr Chui as my consultant through an NHS referral and after we had selected The Agora as our chosen clinic, we had the pleasure of meeting so many of their lovely staff at the Brighton & Eastbourne hubs.
Walking in for each appointment, we were greeted by Robert who was always friendly, welcoming and polite. Throughout treatment I tried to keep track of as many names as possible but particular credit to our nurses Jo, Carly & Melodie who were exceptional, providing us with a lot of information throughout the process so we always felt very aware of what was happening and what the next steps might look like. I had regular check up phone calls with them, access to 24/7 support should it have been needed through their app and phone line.
I’m a huge needlephobe so they were always very gracious about this too.
When the time came for my egg collection, I was made to feel really comfortable and at ease, and Tom who performed the procedure introduced himself to me too. The rest of the team were mostly faces I recognised, like lovely Lauren who had done some of our blood tests earlier in the treatment plan so this made everything even more comfortable. Our lovely after care team were exceptional, super chatty and friendly including Emma.
We were then kept up to date with the progress of our embryos developing and how many had made it to each stage of the process.
On the day of our embryo transfer, we were again greeted by familiar faces and had everything explained in great detail before it took place.
Our lovely little girl was born back in March and we could not be happier with our experience at The Agora. Their team then followed up with us a few weeks after our birth to formally end our journey.

After a long and emotional journey, we are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Agora Fertility Clinic. From our very first consultation, we felt supported, cared for, and treated with kindness and professionalism.
After our second IVF attempt, we received the wonderful news that we were expecting, and we truly believe that the expertise, dedication, and encouragement of the Agora team played a huge part in making this possible. Every member of staff was patient, compassionate, and always willing to answer our questions throughout the process.
IVF can be a challenging experience both emotionally and physically, but Agora made us feel hopeful and never alone. We cannot thank them enough for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents.

Following a successful first round of ICSI treatment, we are overjoyed to be expecting our first baby. Without Agora’s support, kindness, and compassion, we don’t know what our future would have looked like. Everyone has been so wonderful to my husband and me throughout our journey, and we will be forever grateful for the care we received. It has been such a positive experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend the clinic highly enough.
We can’t wait to bring our baby back to the clinic once they’re born and introduce them to the incredible team who helped make our dream of becoming parents a reality—from the receptionists and nurses to the consultants and embryologists. Staff are so lovely and kind, constantly checking in with you throughout treatment. Nothing is to much trouble and they really care. Would highly recommend! We got pregnant after 1 round of IVF (we are very lucky - currently pregnant with our miracle baby!) and would definitely go back to the Agora if we decide to have another baby.

We underwent an ivf icsi cycle after 2 years unexplained infertility, the agora clinic made the whole process seamless! We were very fortunate with our journey with them are very grateful to have been in their expert care, I would highly recommend them.

Our journey with Agora Clinic had its challenges, but throughout it all, the staff were absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. The team always made us feel supported, listened to, and reassured during the emotional moments as well as the hopeful ones. Fertility treatment can be challenging, but having such professional and caring people by our side made all the difference. We’re truly grateful for the support and care we received. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I had my first baby with them almost six years ago, and just recently welcomed my second about six months ago.
Throughout both journeys, I felt incredibly well taken care of. Every member of the team was polite, compassionate, and truly understanding of what can be an emotional process. They always made me feel supported and respected.
I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me. Without their help, I wouldn’t have my children today, and that is something I will always cherish.

We welcomed our beautiful daughter, Willow, on Christmas Day, and we are incredibly grateful to The Agora for helping make our dream of becoming parents a reality.
Our journey to parenthood took over ten years. In 2017, we went through IVF for the first time, which sadly resulted in one miscarriage and one failed cycle. It was a very difficult period, and for a long time we didn’t think this day would ever come.
Eight years later, we were given another opportunity for treatment at The Agora. Throughout the process, the team at The Agora were supportive, professional, and compassionate, which made a challenging experience feel much more manageable.
Thanks to their care and expertise, we were successful, and our little girl arrived safely. Every day we are reminded of how grateful we are for the team who helped bring her into our lives.
