We recognise that success rates are not the only measure of a clinic but can be an important factor when choosing where to have your treatment.
Our regulators, the HFEA, encourage clinics to display their success rates in a way that makes it easy for you to compare clinics, and is both ethical and transparent.
One of the best outcomes for an IVF treatment is to achieve a healthy baby, one at a time. Multiple pregnancies are considered high risk for both the mother and child and should be avoided.
This is why we have displayed our data as recommended on the HFEA website as babies born, or pregnancies achieved, per embryo transferred.
the Agora clinic has consistently been one of the most successful fertility clinics in the UK, and in particular in the South-East of England.
This has been achieved without patient selection or genetic testing of embryos (which can make live birth results appear higher). More importantly we have a very low multiple birth rate of less than 2% which is a testimony to our ethical and considered approach to fertility care.

IVF/ICSI Fresh cycles
Live birth rate per embryo transferred in a fresh IVF/ICSI cycle from 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 (based on 844 embryos transferred).
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycles
Live birth rate per embryo transferred in a frozen embryo transfer cycle from 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 (based on 391 embryos transferred).
Donor Insemination (DI) cycles
Live birth rate per DI cycle from 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 (based on 245 cycles).
Please note that information on success rates is of limited value in comparing centres and choosing where to seek treatment.
As stated by the HFEA on their website, statistical information on success rates is of limited value when seeking treatment; they define a good clinic as one that not only gives you effective treatment, but one with compassionate staff, clear pricing, seamless administrative processes, and exceptional emotional support. We go a step further and pledge to not only meet but exceed the expectations of both our patients and the HFEA in all these areas. We do this by taking a personalised approach with all our patients so as to optimise the chance of a treatment working, whilst providing exceptional patient support individualised to each person’s need.
