We spent 3 years trying to get pregnant with The Agora team and it did not work for us, despite having many PGT-A tested euploid embryos. Now that we have moved clinic, we understand that the level of care in other clinics is much more progressive and we made a mistake staying with the Agora for so long. There was multiple annoyances and problems that came up along the way with the consultant care, the admin and the transport team that made our experience frustrating. Had we managed to have a baby we would have forgiven it all, but since we haven’t this stuff adds to our negative impression. However I must say thank you to the nurses who were always kind and friendly. The Agora is a fine clinic if you manage to get pregnant first or second time. If you don’t, then there are better places with more up to date treatment plans and better consultants in London (for a similar or same price).

The agora clinic is where miracles happen after years of trying naturally we were blessed to welcome our beautiful twin baby girls into the world we will be forever thankful to the agora. A special thank you to Hayley and Micheala who were on this journey with us.

The team of nurses at the Agora make this place, I have to give a special mention to Hayley and Ashleigh, absolutely fantastic at their jobs, there were times when we thought we would move clinics due to various consultants advice or lack of, thankfully we were then matched with Mr Kelada who is exceptional at what he does, we then went on to have a successful 2nd transfer. But again if it wasn’t for the nursing team, who went above and beyond in their roles at every visit, we may of moved clinics, as consultant follow up care after losses or failed treatment was literally non existent unless paying extra to have a consultation, at times this was really frustrating and upsetting as it all felt transactional, we also felt like we were educating ourselves throughout, instead of having consultant advice, after paying so much money, however the nursing team always stepped in to support as best as they could. As a same sex lesbian couple however we were made to feel relaxed with zero judgement throughout. A big thank you again to the nursing team for your care and encouragement throughout, it meant the world to us, there was genuine happiness from the wider team when we got our positive outcome and it felt super special. Hope to see you again. after we have baby boy. Emma & Danni.

The team at Agora Brighton and Polegate were absolutely amazing from the very start and throughout. I really couldn’t thank them enough. So supportive and caring. If even considering IVF, get in contact with Agora as it will be the best place to help support you in your journey. Thank you again everyone for truly going above and beyond for us. The Agora Clinic has been brilliant. The space is calm and beautifully designed, such a welcome change from a typical clinical setting. Appointments always run on time, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel supported. Special thanks to Michaela, who made the whole journey feel personal. She took the time to really connect, and you could tell she was invested in how things were going for us.

I have to say this was my first experience with fertility clinic via NHS and the team was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't end up getting pregnant but sometimes those things are out of anyone's control. Thank you so much for all your efforts I felt supported all the way.

The Agora Clinic exceeded our expectations from the start. I was under Mr Chui as my consultant through an NHS referral and after we had selected The Agora as our chosen clinic, we had the pleasure of meeting so many of their lovely staff at the Brighton & Eastbourne hubs. Walking in for each appointment, we were greeted by Robert who was always friendly, welcoming and polite. Throughout treatment I tried to keep track of as many names as possible but particular credit to our nurses Jo, Carly & Melodie who were exceptional, providing us with a lot of information throughout the process so we always felt very aware of what was happening and what the next steps might look like. I had regular check up phone calls with them, access to 24/7 support should it have been needed through their app and phone line. I’m a huge needlephobe so they were always very gracious about this too. When the time came for my egg collection, I was made to feel really comfortable and at ease, and Tom who performed the procedure introduced himself to me too. The rest of the team were mostly faces I recognised, like lovely Lauren who had done some of our blood tests earlier in the treatment plan so this made everything even more comfortable. Our lovely after care team were exceptional, super chatty and friendly including Emma. We were then kept up to date with the progress of our embryos developing and how many had made it to each stage of the process. On the day of our embryo transfer, we were again greeted by familiar faces and had everything explained in great detail before it took place. Our lovely little girl was born back in March and we could not be happier with our experience at The Agora. Their team then followed up with us a few weeks after our birth to formally end our journey.

After a long and emotional journey, we are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Agora Fertility Clinic. From our very first consultation, we felt supported, cared for, and treated with kindness and professionalism. After our second IVF attempt, we received the wonderful news that we were expecting, and we truly believe that the expertise, dedication, and encouragement of the Agora team played a huge part in making this possible. Every member of staff was patient, compassionate, and always willing to answer our questions throughout the process. IVF can be a challenging experience both emotionally and physically, but Agora made us feel hopeful and never alone. We cannot thank them enough for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. Following a successful first round of ICSI treatment, we are overjoyed to be expecting our first baby. Without Agora’s support, kindness, and compassion, we don’t know what our future would have looked like. Everyone has been so wonderful to my husband and me throughout our journey, and we will be forever grateful for the care we received. It has been such a positive experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend the clinic highly enough. Staff are so lovely and kind, constantly checking in with you throughout treatment. Nothing is to much trouble and they really care. Would highly recommend! We got pregnant after 1 round of IVF (we are very lucky - currently pregnant with our miracle baby!) and would definitely go back to the Agora if we decide to have another baby.
