the Agora clinic is seeking a compassionate, organised, and motivated Andrology Technician and Laboratory Administrator to join our close-knit laboratory team. This is a combined role blending hands-on andrology work with laboratory administration, placing patient support and communication at the heart of fertility care

We are proud to be nationally recognised for our work with the LGBTQ+Q+ community and to deliver high success rates without patient selection, combining scientific excellence with exceptional, person-centred care.

- Acting as a key point of contact for patients, both in person and by telephone
- Answering laboratory and clinic phone calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Providing direct support to patients regarding sample production, appointments, and laboratory-related queries
- Supporting patients through sensitive and sometimes emotional conversations with care and discretion
- Liaising closely with embryologists, clinicians, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Managing laboratory documentation, data entry, and patient records
- Supporting audits, inspections, and quality management systems
