Agora Lime Tree satellite clinic
We are so excited to announce the opening of our satellite clinic in Worthing. Based at the convenient Lime Tree Surgery in Worthing, our new clinic is easily accessible just off of the A27 [see map].
From the 1st April 2020 the Agora Lime Tree will be open for Medical Consultations, ultrasound scan assessment and monitoring and blood tests. This will allow patients who live just that little bit further away to have a shorter journey for most of their clinic appointments. All treatments such as egg collection and embryo transfer will still take place at our main Clinic in Hove. This service is available to both our NHS and private patients.
The Agora Lime Tree will be run by our own Agora Staff led by Dr Karen Patel, one of our Fertility Consultants. You will be able to access all the expertise and support offered at the Agora without the need to travel as far.
We are already taking bookings for April, so for more information about booking your appointments in Worthing, please contact our reception team by requesting a call back.
We also offer video Zoom Medical and Nurse Consultations, allowing you to plan your treatment from anywhere.

Karen graduated from Leicester Medical School in 1987 and completed her GP training in Northamptonshire. Before joining the medical team at the Agora, she was GP Principal in Worthing for over 20 years. Her main area of interest is women’s health and she has extensive experience in all aspects of infertility and family planning, including fitting coils and contraceptive implants. Karen is a member of the British Fertility Society and has a long standing interest in infertility.
In 2006 she was invited to form a GP led fertility service that replaced the consultant led service at Worthing Hospital. She was one of three specialist GPs who took responsibility for investigating infertile couples from the local area and referring them on for assisted conception. This pioneer scheme was highly successful and in 2012 the ‘Specialist Fertility GP’ model was rolled out throughout the whole of West Sussex.
Karen joined the Agora in 2013. She has completed specialist training in all aspects of fertility care, including ultrasound assessment, egg collection and embryo transfer through the British Fertility Society special skills programmes. Her GP background brings a unique perspective to patient care at the Agora. Karen lives in Worthing with her husband and two teenage children.
