There are absolutely no words to describe how amazingly thankful we are to everyone at The Agora. You absolutely made our dreams come true. Totally professional, yet felt a little like a family. From Robert on reception who knew your name the moment you walked through the door, to the doctors, nurses, embryologists and everyone that works there. You are all truly amzing. Thank you a million times over! -Janine

Emily and Daniel
Our beautiful little boy was born in February 2020.
Thank you does not seem enough to express how thankful we are to the Agora for changing our lives.
The friendliness was overwhelming and they made us feel so welcome. Everyone knew who we were from the first visit which made both myself and my husband feel very comfortable.
After years of fertility treatment, our dream came true on our second attempt at IVF. It would not have been possible without the hard work and support from everyone on the Agora team. We felt so supported after sadly having a miscarriage with our first attempt, to have someone at the end of the phone was amazing. We definitely felt ready for our second attempt sooner than expected due to the support we received. There was no pressure and the team at the Agora were there every step of the way.
We have two frozen embryos ready and waiting for us. We feel so lucky that we will be able to return to the Agora in the future – we would not want to go anywhere else!
Thank you again the Agora from the bottom of our hearts, we are now a family
When I first came to the clinic, I was afraid like everyone else when starting such a journey. But my fear was then replaced by excitement and I was looking forward to each one of my appointments. You have an amazing team and you all work with your hearts and there are no words to describe highly enough how fantastic you all are! Thank you with all my heart for all the support and everything you did for me in the past one year and a half! You’ve been a very important part of my life in this time and I will always think of you all with love and appreciation. Things didn’t work out the way we all wanted but I know you put your heart in it and did your best to help us!

Having 2 failures at a different hospital, the care we had at the Agora was an absolute breath of fresh air. If it wasn’t for Karen re-running all my blood tests, I wouldn’t ever have known that my AMH had risen and I was able to have a completely different type of protocol than I had before. After one round with you, I am now happily 3 months pregnant and our gorgeous little miracle is growing just perfectly. Laura, Jane and the rest of the fertility team, thank you so so much for making me feel so looked after and so cared for. I honestly felt like you were all my cheerleaders from the beginning! I’ll be sure to keep you posted of our little ones delivery in July, but until then I will continue to enjoy every single moment of this amazing pregnancy…and my ever growing tummy.

From the moment we met the Agora team they all made us feel very at ease and helped relieve some of the stress and anxiety that we felt when we started our IVF journey.
The amazing team of nurses really encouraged and supported us throughout. They helped pick us back up when we needed it and also celebrated our successes with us.
Not only are we incredibly grateful to the whole team at the Agora for enabling us to have our beautiful daughter Emily, but also for their genuine support and for trying to ease a lot of the stress that inevitably goes with the process.

My husband and I were devastated when we learnt the news that we both had sub fertility. What made it worse, was that my condition made me ineligible for NHS fertility treatment. We looked into adoption as we thought that would be our only option to have a family, however we then came across The Agora.
A colleague at work had been through IVF at The Agora and couldn’t speak more highly of the clinic. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed from the outset and made to feel completely at ease. After an initial consultation, we were given the options and although advised to use egg donation, based on my poor hormone profile, we decided to try IVF and ICSI using my own eggs. To our delight and surprise, I conceived on the first attempt and I had a gorgeous little boy in June 2017. Throughout the whole journey we felt thoroughly supported by The Agora. I would recommend The Agora to anyone pursuing the IVF journey, especially those who find themselves unable to access guidance and treatment within the NHS.
Michelle, Jake and Aurora
For years Jake and I tried for a baby with lots of heartache throughout. I had nearly given up hope but thanks to the amazing team at the Agora our miracle Aurora was born July 2019.
We can’t thank you all enough from Anna on Reception who was always so kind, to the doctors, nurses, embryologists and everyone else we met through our IVF treatment, you were all so incredible. All the staff were so supportive, professional and caring every step of our journey. We really are so grateful for our beautiful miracle. Thank you so much.

Hello, I’ve just booked in to have a consultation at the Agora Clinic. I asked for your email address from the lovely person at the Agora Clinic that helped me with booking my appointment over the phone- her name is Megan. I asked for your email because I wanted to contact you to let you know how amazing Megan’s customer service is! She was so helpful, I had lots of queries and nothing was too much for her in regards to helping me. Her telephone manner is second to none and she is so friendly and polite. I really wanted to let you know what an amazing member of staff she is to the Agora Clinic- absolutely above and beyond my expectations and I definitely think she deserves some praise.

When I found out that having a baby ‘naturally’ wasn’t an option, I really didn’t cope well. The 18 months before we even started treatment or an initial consultation at the Agora were the hardest months for my husband and I. I never thought having a baby was possible and by my own admittance, I was very negative about the whole thing. The positivity and ‘can do’ attitude that all the Agora staff showed even still left me sceptical but the team genuinely wanted the IVF to be a success. Throughout our Agora journey, patience, sensitivity and understanding have been key words. I lost my temper, cried and had little faith but the guys there persevered and continued to help us. I have spoken to a few other women who had IVF at other clinics and I think the Agora gave us that extra bit of support in comparison.
In February 2019, we had 6 eggs collected (less than anyone was expecting as I had lots to give) but amazingly 3 were fertilised normally. We were given 3 chances of having a baby- that phone call will always be a magical moment for us. Again, we didn’t think this was possible and were proven wrong.
In February I had a fresh embryo transfer that resulted in a first time positive pregnancy test! Happiness and shock went through us, I couldn’t believe it. Sadly, at 4.5 weeks, I miscarried. I’ll always remember how kind everyone was at the Agora.
It wasn’t until the May 2019 that I personally felt ready to try again. Our first frozen embryo went in and we waited that painful 10 days. Still now I remember shaking and crying, reading the positive double line and praying it was our time. My pregnancy wasn’t easy, I had anxiety, especially at the first 12 weeks. The Agora went out of their way to help us, an extra emergency scan, hugs and support. I even emailed the team with our 20 week scan and received a lovely reply.
On the 3rd February 2020, we welcomed our beautiful little boy called Sebastian weighing 8lbs 12oz.
What a year! I’d like to thank the team from the bottom of mine and Mark’s heart, thank you for giving us our miracle. We never thought it was possible and I’m not sure we can ever show our gratitude.
It’s pretty much impossible to mention everyone by name but all staff were amazing. To me personally, Karen, Dr Kelada, Laura, Jane, Victoria, Amy and all the reception team made the journey a bit easier.
